This mix starts out soulful and jazzy, moving into deep and funky, followed by jazzy and funky. So it's kind of a mixture of subgenres of house. I realize some of these tracks are 2011 and 2012 releases, but I haven't been enthused about any new house tunes lately...Best tracks in my opinion are middle to end - Kinky Movement, Inland Knights, Tommy Largo, etc.

Teddy Pendergrass, "Close the door 1978," proper instrumental loops and vocal chops. 9:05 - YEP!!!!!!!!! Duo gender vocal loop, funky cadence and percussion. Most headz will recognize Too Short with a lyrical delivery. 14:10 - YEAH MAN!!!!!!!! Bass guitar rolls on this fresh baked funkiness!!!!! 19:40 - AH YEAH!!!!!! Quick, low decibel synth drops gets the head noddin'. 23:40 - You get here and realize this is some TRIPPY business goin' on. Notice the laser synth that comes in a bit later. 29:43 - NASTY ASS TRACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAN THIS IS SOME WICKED STUFF!!!!!!! Female vocal hook, "Pick it up and do it again," meshed with additional duo gender vocal chants. Straight fookin' funky on the melody; eight days no shower same underwear summer heat style. 35:50 - ALL SMILES HERE!!!!!! Male vocal hook, laser zaps on the synth. 39:40 - CRATE DIGGIN'!!!!!! Peggy Lee and Benny Goodman, "Why don't you do right 1947," chopped and diced chef proper. 45:00 - BLOODY FOOKIN' HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looped distorted vocals over this BLUNTED ASS TRACK!!!!! Hunter S. Thompson in his prime would've had trouble dissecting the colors of this high. Seriously, it's that kind of dope!!!!!! 51:10 - Female vocal hook, "I need some loot, I need some money," still rollin' on bass guitar and trumpet licks. 56:10 - SUPERNOVA synth funk!!!!! 60:45 - RANCID SICK!!!!!!!! The pus from an open wound and the laughter from an onlooker. All about that FEROCIOUS female vocal loop right here. 65:53 - CODA!!!!! Boy I tell ya...lol. Male vocals, pogo stick bouncy. Not quite as laid back as you were thinking it would be was it?
